Rate changes are versioned with a date, so a signed contract keeps the rate that was current when it was signed.

Standard stage list. Is the 11-stage schedule (Foundation → Finishing) the master template, or does it vary by project type?
Area attribute fields. Confirm the fixed spec fields per area (colour, tiles, ceiling, doors, electrical points) and which are mandatory.
Material procurement & rate model. Confirm base-rate + delta handling, who maintains base rates, and whether deltas roll into a running contract-variation total shown to the customer.
Customer login. Email + OTP, or phone + OTP? Branded customer portal vs. shared web link.
Media limits. Max photo/video size per update and total storage per project for the download pack.
Payments. Track payment milestones inside TharaTrack, or only mark "final payment received" at archive?

Payments ride on the construction milestones TharaTrack already tracks. A stage completion triggers a due notice; the customer pays by UPI or card through Razorpay, and the receipt lands in their portal. Total schedule equals the contract value of ₹62,00,000.
