  1. Concern window length. Default review period per update — 7 days shown. Confirm the number, and whether it differs by stage.
  2. Standard stage list. Is the 11-stage schedule (Foundation → Finishing) the master template, or does it vary by project type?
  3. Area attribute fields. Confirm the fixed spec fields per area (colour, tiles, ceiling, doors, electrical points) and which are mandatory.
  4. Customer login. Email + OTP, or phone + OTP? Branded customer portal vs. shared web link.
  5. Media limits. Max photo/video size per update and total storage per project for the download pack.
  6. Payments. Track payment milestones inside TharaTrack, or only mark "final payment received" at archive?
  7. Notifications. WhatsApp, SMS, email, or in-app only for update and concern alerts.
  8. Multi-site / branches. Single company, or multiple branches with separate teams and dashboards.
